How it all began...Peninsula Publishing was started in Newport Beach, Calif., in November of 1990 with the successful launch of Builder and Developer magazine. Initially the publication was distributed to homebuilders and residential architects throughout Southern California, but as the magazine grew in popularity, it was not long before Northern California builders, followed by Arizona and Nevada-based homebuilders, joined the mailing list.
